The Role Support two Strata Managers with portfolios - medium sized schemes Handle phone and email enquiries from owners and contractors Organise repairs & maintenance as instructed Draft letters and owner circulars Assist with budgets and meetings Optional – attend AGMs if you’re keen to grow into a manager long-term The Person NO certificate or prior strata experience needed – they’ll train you and pay for your qualifications Ideally some exposure to property/real estate, but open to driven candidates from other industries Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career in strata/property The Perks Internal progression – they’ve just promoted someone, opening up this role 2-3 days work from home after onboarding Walk to work – just 2 min from Central Station Paid certifications licence Full training by experienced leaders Low staff turnover means you’ll join a stable, happy team Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
